PencilNews reported that overseas Chinese chartered service provider MiuTour has received an investment from China Growth Capital, Jin Runda Investment and Zhaoyuan Changlong Investment.
MiuTour provides Chinese-speaking charter services at overseas destinations, and has so far recruited nearly 10,000 driver-guides online. It adopts a sharing economy business model and cuts into the local consumer market directly without any needs for intermediaries.
At present, the company offers custom charters & tours, vehicle chartering, airport transfers, online consultation and offline guide services.
MiuTour now serves more than 1,500 cities across 150 countries and regions, and has established seven local operation centers outside China.
