Titan Cloud, a B2B online distribution platform for travel agencies, announced on April 18 that it has closed its series B round of funding and raised RMB 160 million. The round was led by ChunXiao Capital and joined by various well-known investors such as WuTong Fund, Realize Investment, Haode Capital and BoJiang Capital. ZuoYu Capital acted as financial advisor for this round of financing.
Titan Cloud is a technology brand of Shenzhen Tianxia Fangcang Technology (“天下房仓”), which was founded in 2013. The company serves trade users such as travel wholesalers, tour operators and hoteliers, with its one-stop technological service platform – the cloud-based “SaaS+PaaS+Switch”.
In less than three years, Shenzhen-based Titan Cloud has opened branch offices in major cities including Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou and has also made great progress on technological cooperation with international counterparts in the industry.
The company vowed to step up development and updates of products and to offer domestic and overseas travel companies better information solutions with broader capabilities.
Titan Cloud received an angel round of investment in 2013. The company received RMB 10 million in its Pre-A round from Qingsong Fund in July 2014 and raised RMB 60 million in its series A round from Ivy Capital in May 2015. (Translated by Jerry)
