Friday, 30 November 2007: The first-ever integrated passenger-baggage reconciliation system to go live at an Indian airport will be deployed by SITA in time for the March 2008 opening of the new green field airport project in Bangalore, India’s “Silicon Valley”.

Virgin Atlantic is set to offer its passengers a great incentive to get their holidays off to the best start. Between the 1 August and 30 September this year all passengers travelling from Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester Airports who check in online will receive £6 off for every £30 spent onboard Virgin Atlantic flights.
