Shanghai Disney Resort’s planning experts have revealed that the park has three distinct development stages.
The first stage from 2010 to 2015 focuses on core projects and infrastructural ahead of functional projects.
In the second stage from 2016 to 2020, the park will mainly be consolidating functionalities, with steady work on its core projects, completion of basic functional projects and speeding up of the tourism destination brand development.
In the third stage from 2021 to 2030, it will upgrade park functions and integrate its separate areas.(Translation by David)
