Comprehensive B2B travel service platform Zmyou announced it received an A Series investment worth RMB50 million (approx: US$8 million), bringing the company’s estimated value to RMB300 million (approx: US$48 million).
The original Zmyou smart travel product line was launched in 2014 by Xiamen-based IT company Renwoyou and Beijing-based Davost Intelligence.
The Zmyou product line comprises four products, including a platform that specializes in independent travel product distribution, a Zmyou ecommerce contract, an attractions Wechat platform and the first multi-functional custom clearing smart device in China.
“Each of our products complement each other by integrating B2B, B2C and O2O features around big data to form a complete vertical service chain. We provide an original third-party service platform for travel industry enterprises. Our goal is to realize complete digitization of the travel market,” Renwoyou’s director Shaoqing Lin said.(Translation by David)
