
On February 17, Trip.com Group announced a series of executive appointments, effective immediately:
1. Gang Chen, formerly CEO of Qunar, now takes up the role of Chief Product Officer for the group, leading AI-related product strategy.
2. Yudong Tan, formerly CEO of flight business, is appointed as Chief Scientist of the group, overseeing technology and acquisition strategies of Trip.com Group and its subsidiaries.
3. Yong Zhang, formerly CEO of Trip.Biz, will serve as CEO of the flight business.
4. Yan Feng, formerly CEO of finance services, becomes CEO of transportation business, overseeing the group’s flight business, train business, and finance services. Yong Zhang, CEO of flight business, and Xu Zhang, CEO of train business, will report to Yan Feng.
5. Tao Song becomes CEO of Trip.Biz while retaining his role as CTO of the division.
6. Yan Feng, Yudong Tan, and Tao Song will all report to Xing Xiong, COO of Trip.com Group.
