The strategic partnership between Accor and Alibaba took another step forward with the January 20 announcement that Accor is the global hotel partner for Fliggy’s membership upgrade.
To celebrate the membership upgrade, members can enjoy a fast track program and tier matching benefits to explore their passion for lifestyle experiences made simple and easy. Members even have the opportunity to be upgraded to ALL Platinum member status by staying just six nights within 120 days compared to the established track requiring up to 60 nights stay within a year to reach this same membership level. Privileges for ALL Platinum members include suite upgrade, executive club lounge access, free breakfast, as well as accelerated rewards points.
Alibaba’s support in launching ALL – Accor Live Limitless in 2020 has created new ways of showcasing Accor hotels through one of a kind experiences: skiing at the Swissôtel Changbaishan, fresh off the bay experiences at the Raffles Hainan oasis, being lifted to new heights in the Long Bar at Raffles Shenzhen, family relaxing holiday at Sofitel Sanya, nature exploration with Pullman Lijiang, romantic dining celebrations at the infamous Fairmont Peace Hotel in Shanghai along the Bund, savoring French flair at Sofitel Shanghai Hongqiao staycations and discover art and cultural treasures at MGallery Mi’le. These are just a few curated and cultural experiences for members and guests to discover.

Fliggy members can enjoy tier match benefits and fast track on ALL program during the set period of 120 days:
• Fliggy F4 members who book and stay at Accor hotels can enjoy ALL Platinum member benefits. Those who book and stay for six nights will upgrade to ALL Platinum member status (versus a normal track of 60 nights stay within a year); for those who completed at least one night of stay is entitled to ALL Gold member status (versus a normal track of 30 nights stay within a year).
• Fliggy F3 members who book and stay at Accor hotels can enjoy ALL Gold member benefits. They can book and stay at Accor hotels for 10 nights to upgrade to ALL Platinum member status (versus a normal track of 60 nights stay within a year).
• Fliggy F2 members who book and stay at Accor hotels can enjoy ALL Silver member benefits. They can book and stay at Accor hotels for eight nights to upgrade to ALL Gold member status (versus a normal track of 30 nights stay within a year).
• Fliggy F1 members who book and stay at Accor hotels can enjoy ALL Silver member benefits. They can book and stay at Accor hotels for three nights to upgrade to ALL Silver member status (versus a normal track of 10 nights stay within a year).
