China Youth Tourism (CYTS) will accelerate its O2O development this year and integrate its website Aoyou.com with 1,000 agencies in 100 Chinese cities within three years.
CYTS will continue to support the setting up of nationwide call centers for Aoyou.com’s diverse products while operating and developing its open customer relations management transaction system.
CYTS will also continue to upgrade Aoyou.com’s PC website and mobile/smartphone app wireless application protocol to improve customer experience while expanding word-of-mouth promotion.
CYTS reported RMB10.607 billion in operations revenue and RMB364 million in profit in its 2014 fiscal review, increased 13.86% and 48.85% y-o-y respectively.
Aoyou.com is a CYTS website specializing in vacations. It’s mainly positioned in the outbound tourism market, supplemented with domestic tourism. Its business model leverages technology to set up a standardized online platform for booking, reservations and payment.(Translation by David)
