ChinaTravelNews – Shiji Technologies has acquired 20% equity in theme park software and system integration firm Galasys for GBP4.593 million.
Galasys PLC was formerly Galasys Global (Suzhou) Co. Ltd. registered by a Malaysian company in China in 2005.Galasys PLC was registered in the UK on January 1, 2014 and listed on the London Stock Exchange alternative index market on May 12 the same year.
Galasys provides service and solutions for theme parks in the high visitor volume China and Southeast Asian markets. Its proprietary system offers sales management, ticketing management, visitor management and other park operation tools to theme park operators.
