On December 30, CaoCao Inc. announced two major strategic acquisitions: it has acquired 100% equity in Weixing Technology Co., Ltd. (“Yaochuxing”), and plans to acquire 100% equity in Zhejiang Geely Business Services Co., Ltd. (“Geely Business Travel”). Upon completion of the respective transactions, Yaochuxing and Geely Business Travel will become wholly owned subsidiaries of CaoCao Inc. The acquisitions will further upgrade CaoCao Inc.’s product portfolio and support its vision of building a one-stop, technology-driven mobility and travel platform.
CaoCao Inc. began serving corporate clients in 2016 and, as of December 31, 2024, has provided services to more than 13,500 enterprises. Yaochuxing operates mature businesses covering corporate meetings and events, daily corporate transportation, and premium ride-hailing services, while Geely Business Travel offers end-to-end corporate travel management solutions as well as comprehensive meeting and event services.
Following integration, Yaochuxing and Geely Business Travel will leverage CaoCao Inc.’s platform capabilities to continue delivering high-quality services to existing clients. The integration is expected to generate significant synergies on the corporate services side, enabling CaoCao Inc. to build a one-stop smart mobility platform spanning individual and corporate users, standard and premium services, and the combined offerings of “mobility + business travel,” providing enterprise customers with integrated mobility and travel solutions.
Yaochuxing’s service network has expanded to 12 international cities, including Paris, Tokyo, and Seoul. Geely Business Travel also serves a number of overseas corporate clients. Upon completion of the acquisitions, both businesses will help accelerate CaoCao Inc.’s international expansion.
