Chinese hotel group Atour's net revenues for the fourth quarter of 2024 increased by 38.5% to RMB 2,084 million (USD 286 million), compared with RMB 1,505 million for the same period of 2023. Net revenues for the full year of 2024 increased by 55.3% to RMB 7,248 million (USD 993 million), compared with RMB 4,666 million for the full year of 2023.
Net income for the fourth quarter of 2024 increased by 50.5% to RMB 331 million (USD 45 million), compared with RMB220 million for the same period of 2023. Net income for the full year of 2024 increased by 72.2% to RMB 1,273 million (USD 174 million), compared with RMB 739 million for the full year of 2023.
The revenue per available room4 (“RevPAR”) was RMB 337 for the fourth quarter of 2024, compared with RMB 358 for the same period of 2023 and RMB 380 for the third quarter of 2024. The RevPAR for the full year of 2024 was RMB 351, compared with RMB 377 for the full year of 2023.

Atour’s retail business delivered remarkable results, with its full year GMV surging by 127.7% year-over-year to RMB 2.59 billion.
