More than 5,000 hotels in 96 countries use THN’s technology to boost direct bookings.

Hospitality technology specialist The Hotels Network (THN) has raised €10 million in a Series B round.

The investment was led by Elaia, with existing investors Seaya Ventures and Seedrocket 4Founders also participating.

Spain-based THN provides hotels with technology to help boost their direct sales by personalizing the experience for their website users.

It enables hotel owners and marketers to change messaging on their websites in real-time.

It also recently added a feature enabling hotels to sell vouchers.

The company says the investment will be prioritized towards developing technology development to help hotels recover from the COVID-19 crisis.

Juanjo Rodriguez, the company’s CEO, says: “Usage of our product by our clients increased 120% during the first weeks of the crisis, which indicates just how essential it is, especially now. Hoteliers are using our solutions to personalize the end-to-end online experience and communicate with guests when it matters most.”

THN says more than 5,000 hotels in 96 countries use its technology to boost direct bookings including brands such as Barcelo Hotel Group and One&Only.
