Kuaibangxing, a platform for customized travel in North America, has received millions of dollars in an angel round of financing led by Daocin Capital. The capital secured will be used to develop more tourism resources in North American, upgrade its service system, and build its own distribution channel and content platform.
Founded in the United States, Kuaibangxing provides turnkey long-haul travel services across North America. Its customers can either choose from the established routes on the platform or customize their trips according to their own needs.
In addition to trip planning, it also provides Chinese-speaking chartered drivers, airport transfer, hotel booking, tickets and other services.
So far, Kuaibangxing has partnered with more than 500 businesses across the United States and Canada.
The company has also introduced local experiences and mild outdoor adventures, seaplane, kayaking and skiing in Canada to woo younger users and mid- to high-end customers.
Kuaibangxing acquires half of its customers from OTAs. With the latest funding, it will speed up to expand its own distribution channels and explore segmented or niche channels like overseas travel communities and parent-child education institutions.
To save the cost of customer acquisition and reach out to more customers, Kuaibangxing has also launched two mini-programs – one showcases North American scenery with short videos and the other helps with route selection, customer service and tailor-made products.
