Sweden’s social travel startup Tripl will get more social in New York, where it is relocating on the heels of raising $300,000 by issuing debt securities.
Details of the funding were disclosed in a financial filing.
Growing out of the demise of VacationRelation, Tripl launched in 2011 as a social travel site connecting travelers, locals and people in users’ social network.
