Published: 17 Oct 2008：TripTelevision has decided to give all the hotels and resorts the opportunity to get five finished minutes of on-property video professionally shot for their website, at no charge, if they sign up before November 15, 2008.
Also included in the promotion is free video hosting for 90 days on the secure TripTelevision servers and a fully functional Online Media Player (includes asset management tools and analytics). According to the company, additional months would be for a monthly fee of $250.
To support the distribution of the video to Expedia, Travelocity, etc. all properties would have to sign a video distribution agreement with TripTelevision´s distribution partner, ICE Portal, to make sure the value of the video is actualised.
The offering is intended for hoteliers within the US, Caribbean, Mexico, and Central America, although other destinations will be considered if enough properties are involved, shared the company.
