More than 40,000 people booked short-haul air flights through the Ctrip platform in 2019.

Trip.com Group recently stated that it had served more than 40,000 passengers in the short-distance transportation aviation field throughout 2019, and nearly a hundred short-distance transportation routes have been sold online, and it has interacted with hundreds of cities’ navigation points.

Data show that for the whole year of 2019, more than 40,000 people booked short-haul air flights through the Ctrip platform. Earlier in mid-December last year, the annual passenger output of Inner Mongolia’s Wulate Zhongqi Airport exceeded 10,000 passengers for the first time, ranking first in the nation’s general aviation airport.

Among the above 40,000 users, a user who lives in Xilinhot, Inner Mongolia, purchased 45 short-haul air tickets on the Ctrip platform throughout the year, and the main round-trip destination is Xilinhot-Erenhot.  The other two users in Inner Mongolia have purchased 27 short-haul flights between Zhalantun and Hailar and 25 Hailar-Zhalantun. “Overall, compared with 2018, the repurchase of short-haul flights in 2019 is more significant,” Ji Yu revealed.
